How can I order the Tempest CD ROM ?
To order the Tempest CD ROM simply click on the product page and click on order now, from here you will be instructed to fill in an online order form. Once your order has been processed you will receive your product along with an invoice. Your product's expected delivery will usually be within one week but please allow 28 days.
I have ordered the Tempest but it will not run on my machine
Firstly please ensure that the product has been installed correctly following the instructions on the CD ROM. If you can be sure that the software has been installed correctly please ensure that you have downloaded all necessary plug-ins required to run the CD ROM. I can see the picture on The Tempest but I cannot hear any sound
